练习感悟：
今天的音频也比较长，复述感觉没有那么认真，可能是想着划水吧(ﾟoﾟ;确实稍微长一点的文章就想着怎么样快点读完。我仍然有想放水的心理，但怎么样才能让自己尽量少放点水呢？想了想，也没其他的，增加自己的练朗读的时间和专注度。
