The movie impressed me deeply. Firstly, in my opinion, many events brought the players on the team together. For example, Coach Boone and Coach Yoast's attempt. They cooperated and led the team to win a victory. Secondly, I think that Coach Boone was conscientious. In instance, in that age, the atmosphere of racial discrimination was heavy. But he chose to enlighten and train his naughty team members instead of giving up them. What's more, I didn't see the racial discrimination from Coach Boone. He treated his team members fairly whether they were black people or white people. Thirdly, besides Coach Boone, I think that Coach Yoast is the most important character in the movie. Although Coach Yoast is Coach Boone's assistant, he also did a great deal of effort for the team. At the beginning of the story, Coach Yoast disagreed Coach Boone's the trainning way. However, gradually, he started to realize that Coach Boone's trainning way is right. Then he began to cooperate with Coach Boone for their team together.
Finally, I want to say that I like the movie very much. The plot is simple but profound. It is not mere sports film, but a black coach's story to reflect human vision of equality and freedom.
