C32279 day1 dwelling dilemma

For many people, tiny houses offer an attractive and affordable dwelling option. However, local zoning officials in New Hamsphire banned this illegal option on December 15, ordering the residents to leave their houses. This is not the first case. Last year, a tiny-house owner Brianna O’Brien fell into a similar dilemma. She had to get an occupancy permit for the building code, but no permit can be provided for her home that does not comply with the building code. As a result, she was forced to move out. Although the state legislators had tried to solve this problem, they failed, leaving previous tiny-house dwellers homeless.
