Today I learned critical thinking of Competent Leadership Manual's second project. In this part, how to think critically, about be information and refrain from making decisions too early. I looked at myself, the first point did not good, mainly think that it was troublesome. When I was leader, I didn't like to collect information, usually arranged for employees to do it, because there are many ways to collecting information, books, Internet, videos, magazines, newspapers, these ways are so easy and simple. If when confronted with important matters, I would spend time gatgering information by survey of way , could listen to employees' opinions from the grassroots,and used to use analyze data or chart to make decisions.
Make sure, at general situations, don't hurry to make decisions until you have all facts. But we can't always collect information for a perfect solution. Nowsday time is money, time is opportunity, to quickly make a decision is a basic skill as a leader. The solution allowed not perfect enough, of course, try to do better, we can be collecting while carrying on, about this point, I think I did good.
