I want to try a new method to write my diary. I found I could not remember the new words that I learned recently. I think the reason is I seldom use the words in sentence. I will use these words to make sentence in my diary, it may help me remember them.

I was conscious of my weight and considered to be on a diet. I had to stop eating staple, instead of vegetables. I was hungry, and wanted to buy a bag of instant noodle in the grocery store in my neighbourhood. My wife forbade me to buy it, because the instant noodle is not nutritious. I thought I maybe mess up my diet.
