汪培珽所说的第三阶段是指3-4岁的孩子，但从书和孩子的情况来看，除非经过相当好的英文启蒙，否则一般这个年龄段的孩子对这些故事是很难听的进去的。这些书更适合有一定英文基础，小学中高年级的孩子。
