1.从本周开始模拟教学,对象可以是自己的朋友、亲人,也可以是我,写下教学感悟;
2.编排一节15分钟左右的团课,要求10个动作,有连贯性,口令清晰;
今天的自己尽管只吃了两餐,但是第二餐的量大,其实已经感觉到饱了,还是因为没有抗拒住美食的诱惑吃完了,实在是罪过呀,明明知道还是要再瘦一丢丢,让体重维持在110,现在的114还是明显能感受到脂肪的困扰,很多动作会达不到最佳状态。

2. Design a 15-minute group class with 10 cohesive movements and clear cues
Today's confession: Though only ate two meals, the second portion was oversized. Finished everything despite feeling full, couldn't resist the tasty temptation. Should maintain 55kg target weight (currently 57kg) - the extra fat noticeably affects movement quality, preventing optimal execution.
