When talking about a favorite dish, a familiar home-town popular delicious comes into my mind immediately.
I do believe that one person's most favorite dishes always come from his or her very first memories in childhood. For my own experience, even I have grown up and have many choices now I'm still stuck to the food which I like when I was a teenager. For example, although there are many people who love to eat sea food like fishes, shrimps or crabs, I really can't truly enjoy them from my heart. Yes I can taste any of them, but that's enough because I really can't immerse myself.
Instead, I prefer the food like lamb, chicken and beef all of which are on my childhood menus. And my favorite dish comes from them which is called Hand-taken Lamb Rice. Its name is a little strange because usually in the past the people who had this dish didn't use chopsticks or spoons but only by hand. This dish is not very hard to make.
Step one, we use boiled oil to stir-fry onion slices and then put some lamb chops into the pan till the surface golden.
Step two, let us add well-prepared rice and carrot with enough water to cover the surface of all the substance.
Finally, we need to use small fire to boil the food for 15 to 20 minutes and wait for the final dish. You can add extra stuff in the dish like raisin or something you like. Then you will get the very delicious dish which makes you can't stop eating.
