If humans are shot to death for the next 100,000 years, would they evolve to have bulletproof skin?

Here's evolution simplified:
简而言之，进化是这么回事：
Twenty people sit on the shore of a lake. The lake is wide, let's say thirty miles, bank to bank.

Suddenly a big monster appears, wanting to eat twenty people.
突然出现了一直怪兽，想要吃掉这 20 个人。
The twenty people dive into the water and swim for their lives.

Sadly, not all swimmers make it across. Maybe their feet are small and so they can't propel themselves across the water so well. Maybe their lungs aren't so strong and so they become exhausted, and they drown. So long. Bye bye. Gone. Not just the people, but their genes too, poor lungs, little feet.
遗憾的是，不是所有人都能游这么远。或许是因为他们的脚有点小，也或许是因为他们的泳技不是那么的好。或许是因为他们的肺功能不够强壮，然后疲劳过度被淹死了。因此，不仅仅是这些人，还有他们身上的基因也随之消亡，不够强壮的肺，小脚。
But some make it across. They had strong lungs, larger, wider feet.
So let's say ten made it across, five males and five females.

You know how a son can look like his father and mother at the same time? Well it works with feet too.

So man and woman combine, strengthening the genes which allowed them to get across the water.

And of course ten made it across, five pairs. These peoples offspring will be more adapted to water.

That's evolution.

We can't “evolve” bulletproof skin. It doesn't work that way.
