pip 安装Jupyter[1]
pip install jupyter
问题1：python及pip 版本太低
解决方法：
python下包安装[2]
pip更新：
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
更新完，关闭cmd，重开后再install
问题2：ImportError: cannot import name 'constants' from partially initialized module 'zmq.backend.cython' (most likely due to a circular import) (C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python38\site-packages\zmq\backend\cython_init_.py)
解决方法：[3]
pip uninstalling pyzmq
pip install pyzmq
重装完，关闭cmd，重开后再install
打开Jupyter
直接输入
jupyter notebook

新建虚拟环境后，若要启动jupyter，需要同样pip intstall jupyter
原工具只有vscode
Jupyter 调整：
