First of all, it's simple not the case that some people have it and others don't. If that were true, then you'd expect all the people in the world to break down very cleary into "winners" and "losers". Because they are in possession of the might power of self-control ,successful would be successful all the time, winning at everything they do. And unsuccessful people, the ones utterly lacking in this critical ability, would pretty much stink at everything they tried. Why ,with-out any self-control,these people would find it nearly impossible just to get out of bed the morning!
首先，很简单的，意志力，不是有的人有而有的人没有。如果这是真的，那么世上所有的人都能够非常清楚地区分“成功者”和“失败者”。因为他们拥有自控的力量，那么成功的人就一直成功，在所有的事情上都能成功。而那些不成功的人呢，由于完全缺乏这种能力，他们所做的每一件都是失败的。那么，由于缺乏自控力，这些人是不是严重到每天早上都不能起床呢！
