I would say the difference among gender is much greater than difference between genders, and many differneces are socially constructed rather than inborn. There are various reasons why women are underrepresented in several fields, we really should get rid of the bias imposed on women. It's not fair to say that one would not succeed in certain fields based on gender, it's not fair, for both women and men.
