1、对计算机科学应具有深入熟练的技术性理解；
2 、熟悉常见的通用论题和原则，包括，抽象、复杂性、不可判定、可计算机性、共享、安全、并发性等；
3、 能深刻体会认识理论与实践的相互作用；
4、具有系统级的视野；
5、熟练的问题解决能力；
6、丰富的项目经验；
7、建立终身治学的人生观；
8、 建立正确的职业道德观、责任观；
9、 强的交流与组织能力；
10、对计算机学科广泛的应用范围保持充分的敏感度；
11、对某些特定领域知识有深入的理解与认识，即知识体系不仅仅局限于计算机学科的大范围而对特定领域有所深入。
