The last week i have to say I love those chapters hunting I have noticed last week so this week I’m gonna talk about fungi. The morels are always coming up at the spring when the buds are just coming out too. The morels are under the leaves and their color are normally very close to leaves. The spots are always be the same place so if you find the spots you have the morels the next year. We used to cook morels at wild, when we found morels just clean them by the river , put them on the chopstick then put some colza oil and a little bit salt. Done! Good eats the taste of nature! The chanterelles we have them in China too.They comes up between the June and the August, smell perfect good a little bit sweet and much like the Bapteme du feu. Fried Chanterelles with garlic and ginger less oil. The best partner for porridge and rice in a summer afternoon after raining.
