How time flies, another week has passed by .I would like to share my life in here with 007ers.

（一） 

     I attended New Year celebrating party which is held by HIT MBA 2018 shenzhen On Dec.17.

It's awesome! Our team members from English study group have an English drama show Titanic. 

Luckily, this performance was warmly welcomed by classmates and the school leaders. It inspired our group members a lots and attract more and more students join in our group to learn English together.

(二） 

       We are studying communication management course this week. It's very interesting and I obtained a lots inspiration from Professor Wei. Share three  points in here:

Points 1:  When you make a public speaker or attend an election campaign, How to build your acquired credibility? How to present yourself? This skills is very useful.  Take 5 key points to express yourself：

    1, State your status and backgroud.

     2,  Express your goodwill with audience.

     3,  Your professional knowledge in this field needed.

     4, Your good image.

      5, Common value with audience. 

 Points 2:  What's a successful communication?  The problem solved and  built a good relationship . A lots people only focus on problem solved and think little of relationship. I am the person like this. I will notice and improve in future.

Points 3:  How to communicate with different levels people? When you communicate with your leader, you should emphisize on providing data and background so that your boss could make decision based on your data. meanwhile ,you could submit your suggestions but this is not most important you need to do. When you commincate with your subordinate,you should emphisize on delivery correct information and make sure your subordinate totally understand you and carry out your orders.

Communication is an art that around our daily life and work. The essece of communication is to know the humanity.If you would like to be a good leader, you must be good at communicating. Suggest learn psychology course and read related books .

Communication ability is reflect your logical ability. Did you read the book called" 金字塔原理”？ Suggest you to read it that could improve your logical ability and expression ability.
