It Turns To Be A Happy Ending

They could never have seen the outcome when they started. Aurora put her hands over her ears. Her older sister, Violet, was fighting with her twin sister, Indigo, over such a silly thing. They had been yelling at each other for 30 minutes now. Aurora was a Chinese girl with long brown hair. She was 18. Her sisters, both 11, had dark purple hair. Their parents had left them at home while they went to have dinner with their friends. Violet was supposed to be in charge, but the moment their parents walked out the door, Indigo flopped onto the couch in the family room. She grabbed the TV remote and turned on Netflix. Aurora grasped her phone and started playing a piano game called  Magic Tile 3 while Violet went into the kitchen to call for pizza, since she didn’t want to cook. But somehow Indigo was displeased with the pizza since there were no breadsticks. Then they started yelling at each other, which drove Aurora totally insane! Finally, Aurora just couldn’t take it anymore.  She went outside and took a deep breath. The night was warm and breezy. She could smell the Japanese Lilac Tree and see the glittering stars in the distance. The perfect evening helped calm her down, a lot. But she still didn’t know what to do next. After a lot of thought, she decided to call her parents, who always had good advice. They would probably be able to help her solve this problem. Ring, ring, ring. Hello, we are currently unavailable at the moment. Please call again later. If you want to leave a voicemail, press 1…  Where were her parents? They knew her phone number and always answered her calls. But there had been no reply. Also, the fighting upstairs was slowly driving Aurora mad. Aurora stomped up the stairs to Violet’s room, ready to yell at her sisters. During the middle of the tirade, the phone rang. It was from the hospital. Violet and Indigo fell silent as they listened to the message. Apparently, their mother and father had been in a car accident. They were being examined at the hospital. Afterwards, Violet immediately grabbed her coat and ushered Indigo and Aurora to the car. In the commotion, Aurora’s siblings forgot to be mad at each other. They reached the hospital and to their relief, their parents were not severely injured. The three sisters couldn’t wait to hug their parents. Violet felt so relieved. The entire family held each other tight as if they were afraid they would lose each other. From then on, there was less fighting in the house.
