现在的社会推崇“更快、更远、更多”,恨不得24小时运转,现在也产生了对应的学习方法“碎片化学习方法”以见缝插针地学习或工作,还有一个常见形式是同时进行多任务,例如吃饭时刷手机或听音频。那些注意劳逸结合的生活节奏反而被认为是老年人的生活方式。当精力的补偿不足时,人表现也会受到损坏。
The whole society nowadays promotes "Faster, Further, More" and want furiously to be running 24 hours daily. Many learning methods were there to make the most advantage of time, like Fragmentation Learning. Another common example is the multi-tasks, like checking cell phones or listen to audios while eating. The lifestyle of balancing work and recovery is regarded as the senior's. When lacking or missing recovery, the performance will be comprised consequently.
精力的英文是"Energy",这个单词有多个含义,其中一个就是能量,爱因斯坦的能量守恒定律的英文就是“Law of conservation of energy”。Energy若是被翻译成“能量”是不容易被理解,翻译成“精力”就好多了。精力的定义也简单明了,就是“做事的能力”。
"Jing Li" is Energy in English, which has several meanings and one is "Neng Liang" same meaning as of “Law of conservation of energy". It's not easy to understand when Energy is translated into "Energy" as we can't visualize. "Jing Li" is defined as the capacity to do work which is easy and simple to grasp.
