跟读心得日记：

1、It contains no preservatives or added ingredients, and it provides a healthy alternative to refined sugar.(C17 Test4 Part4第6句)

跟读这句话，一下子就学到了三个不健康食品的成分，第一种是preservative 防腐剂；added ingredient 添加剂； refined sugar 精制糖。

2、Let's just talk a bit about the maple tree itself, which is where maple syrup comes from.(C17 Test4 Part4第7句)

今天跟读这句话，读了很多遍，都感觉与老外的节奏对不上，后来慢慢的再跟读了很多遍，发现问题出再talk a bit about 这个地方，我的断句是talk a bit + about, 而老外的断句是talk + a bit about. 我想这可能也是我们听很多老外说话，感觉断句不对是一样的，所以认真跟读老外原声，对于语言学习真得是很重要。

3、However, they'll only do this if another important criterion is fulfilled, which is that they must have full or partial sun exposure during the day and very cool nights – and I'll talk more about that in a minute.(C17 Test4 Part4第9句)

达到标准或者满足规范，怎么说？就是这句中的fulfill criterion。

如何表达植物需要有大量的光照，很简单的一种表达就是have plenty of sun exposure.
