.eslintrc 文件

extends：指定继承的配置规则。
env：定义代码运行的环境，如浏览器、Node.js以及ECMAScript 6。
parserOptions：指定解析器选项，支持最新的JavaScript语法和 JSX。
rules：自定义规则部分，可以根据项目需求覆盖或添加规则。
plugins: 插件配置，Prettier 插件等。
