有时我们希望UITableView的Cell出现时或者刷新的时候出现不一样的动画效果
系统提供了一个方法可以让我们实现：
- (void)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView willDisplayCell:(UITableViewCell *)cell forRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath{
//要做的动画
}
