二、本周总结
我是一个不太喜欢写复盘的人,我的做事风格一贯是怎么开心怎么来,没有明确的计划,也不会做总结。所以虽然看上去很努力,但一直没有太大的进步。这种态度一定要转变。写总归比不写强
最近有一点进步非常明显,养成了每天练习听写的习惯。通过反思,以前找各种借口不愿意练听写,害怕出错,每天没有时间练听写,都是典型的右倾思想表现。当下定决心每天做,形成习惯的时候,其实感觉没那么困难。但同时也要避免急功近利,试图找到速成法在短时间内提高听写水平的左倾思想。正确的做法是,钻进去,认认真真每天练习。我计划把新二的全部课文全部听写一遍。对照持久战的三个阶段,第一个阶段,是敌之战略进攻、我之战略防御的时期。第二个阶段,是敌之战略保守、我之准备反攻的时期。第三个阶段,是我之战略反攻、敌之战略退却的时期。我觉得提高自己的听写水平也可以分成三个阶段,第一阶段的目标,单词拼写不出错,在这一阶段,不管听多少遍,要做到不出现单词拼写错误。第二阶段的目标,确保听三遍完整写出一句话,这一阶段最困难,花的时间也最多。第三阶段就是要通过进一步的练习,获得听写水平全面的提升。
