1.安装ruby环境 装pod时就有了

2.安装xcode工具栏 

xcode-select install

3.安装pgy插件

fastlane add_plugin pgyer 

4.cd 到项目目录 初始化fastlane

fastlane init

5.会多出appfile fastfile；

6.appfile 配置appid 和appleid；

7.fastfile 是你要fastlane做什么的指令配置文件

8.终端 fastlane beta 就能自动执行beta指令 自动打包
