获取通知中心列表的通知

NotificationServiceExtension调试不走断点可能原因
1、调试时，target选择不对
2、推送的数据没有带上"mutable-content": 1
3、推送的target设置的系统版本要求高于真机系统。

推送数据示例。注意必须包含字段 mutable-content ： 1
