本文分享 第二种情况: 产品被投诉危险品被下架不可售,怎么申诉?
被投诉危险品的情况常常出现在电器类产品,产品SKU比较少的类目(说实话经常是你的对手丢给你的,正常客人会投诉你这个吗?)
今天就以电器类被投诉举例(因为小六就是写过电器被投诉,然后申诉成功的。。。哈哈)
首先,因为是被成功投诉了危险品,listing肯定会第一时间被下架的,这是亚马逊的风格。。。
不要慌,稳住你就赢了。先自我分析下,1. 咱这产品是不是真的有危险?(肯定没有吧? 有的话帮不了你了) 2.咱这产品有没有各种当地的必须的资格认证?有哪些能提供的认证?或者快速搞到的 3. 你卖了那么多都好好的,就一个投诉,那是不是有可能是对手搞你?仔细看亚马逊通知你的邮件,上面写了啥。整理一下思路。
开始: POA - Plan of action
Dear Amazon Safety-Policy Team,
We are so sorry to find that the listing of ASIN: XXXX which is fulfilled by Amazon team has been removed because of safety concern on 3th September.
(首先说一下写此邮件的原因,相关的产品)
A. Identify the cause of the safety complaint: (自我检查和提供一下为啥有这种投诉产生的原因)
We can ensure that our products do no have any safety problems.(因为有各种认证,加上卖了那么多就收到一个投诉,所以特别有底气啊有没有)
1. Our products has passed the US's CDR, FFC certifications and authorizations to mark. (Please check the attachment files.) (产品有各种认证就全部怼上去)
2.All of the products have been repeatedly checked by our quality supervision departments. Check 4 times, make sure the products are qualified before shipment, so the customers can receive the satisfactory products.(这里强调我们的质检是过关的,认真的,严肃滴)
3. We have sold out thousands in a few months. Most of the customers use it well and have a good experience of our products. (强调我们卖了巨多了,都没问题)
4. Our factory also have export qualification because we have been doing export trade for many years. Our products are through many years’ market testing and recognized by many guests. We promise there is no safety problem with our products.(强调自己的工厂或者合作的工厂多年出口,有生产高品质产品的能力)
5. And this is the first time, a customer complains about our product has safety problem, so we strongly suspect that this is other sellers attacking us. (强调这只是一次投诉,表达我们怀疑是竞争对手恶意投诉)
We hope amazon team can investigate this problem and give us a fair answer.(有底气啊有没有)
邮件第二部分内容:
B. Provide steps we have taken to resolve the issue and prevent similar issues going forward:(解决问题和预防问题,预防问题再次发生的措施是必须要写的,强调一下哈)
Sourcing -- Our brand of XXX has specialized suppliers:XXXXX(写上给你供货的 有资质的供货商公司名字), it’s a factory specialized in producing straighteners. Our factory has its own research and development capabilities. And there are a number of certifications for our product. Please check the attachment: XX,XXX,XXXX
Listing -- All the product description and information on our listing are real. We also provide some troubleshooting steps for the customers to solve their problem.(强调我们图文与实物相符。及其它附加)
And we also attach some steps about how to use the XXX.(你做了啥优秀的点自己加)
Shipping -- We choose the high-quality packaging and always choose Amazon FBA as our fulfillment.(使用FBA物流,你懂得)
Product testing-- All of the XXX will be tested by the factory to make sure works well and safety. They also have been repeatedly checked by our quality supervision departments. Check 4 times, make sure the products are qualified before shipment.(强调质检)
Expiration date-- Our products belong to electrical products and often out of stock because a lot of purchase. So it’s impossible to shipped close to or past its expiration date. (保质期承诺,其它产品确实有保质期的好好承诺周转率,及时清理库存就好啦~)
Labeling-- We have additional warning and instructions in the manual and we also provide some troubleshooting steps for the customers to solve the problem . Besides, we have notice on XX.(一些电器使用上确实有危险的地方贴上危险和注意使用方法的标志)
Condition-- We will improve the packaging of our products to ensure that the products that the customers received is intact. Amazon FBA is always as our first choice for our delivery and we are very satisfied with Amazon's delivery speed and service.(这里没啥好写的,就奉承一下亚马逊FBA服务了。。。)
(最后总结一下自己会怎么好好改进,承诺好好做巴拉巴拉)
Above all, we will always focus on the customer experience and improve the quality of product and packaging continuously. If you are not satisfied with the above steps we taken to prevent similar issues going forward, please give us your valuable suggestions. We will try our best to make up for our own deficiencies.
(另外因为我们真的是有底气啊,所以再次表达要亚马逊查是不是竞争对手搞我们,当然不忘奉承一下亚马逊团队,哈哈,如下)
Besides, we hope amazon team can investigate this problem because we think this problem caused by the competitive sellers, they complain us maliciously. They focus on malicious attacks on other sellers and their own benefits, rather than concentrate on improving a best service for the customers. And this phenomenon will disrupt the Amazon market and it will produce bad effect to the development of the Amazon platform. So that high-quality sellers and products can not have a good development, the customers can only buy their poor quality products and receive poor after-sales service.
