These two codes don't mass production since May.2023. it will also take long time for test continually.
One of the item of 37025025 is under test by your RD colleague,Berkay . And another one of 37025024 maybe need to change the design specification. The two items don’t be fixed for your requirements and quality level. We only can keep the quotation as before.
These 3 items of 37008661, 37007417 and 37017477 have been started developing from 2019 to 2023.We checked again and again, there is a few profit with current price. The 3 items belong to fasteners but there are longer with holes and thread specially. We couldn’t produce them by mold simply as screws or washers etc. We should keep the strength and precision with more labor and process steps etc.
In addition, the annual requirement is reduced. We got about XXXXfrom Dec. 2022 to now. the share is not higher. we are really difficult to cost down.
