意志与精神
英语中有这么一句话：There is a will,there is a way.
中文意思是，有志者事竟成的意思，这里的will就是意志，志向意思。
我们常讲要立大志向，而这个志向的长远发展，是要意志力长远支持，不然是走不远的。
今天看了上甘岭战役的纪录片，我们的志愿军战士在敌我力量悬殊的情况下，顽强抵抗，可谓狭路相逢勇者胜，除了指挥得当外，靠的就是一股精神和钢铁般的意志。最终打破了美帝不可战胜的神话。
而精神在英语里是spirit。这个精神是一种内在的支撑。
西方神话世界说上帝吹了一口气造了人。
我们中国也讲，人争一口气，佛争一柱香。
我们没有精神的这骨气，我们作为人没意义了。
而这种精神与意志有时候让我们战胜了动物的本能，就了看似不可能的神话。
今天复习hit
You me or nobody is gonna hit As hard as life .
But it ain't about how hard you hit.
It is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
How much you can take and keep moving forward.
That's how winning is done。
If you know what you 're worth,go and get what you're worth.
But you gotta be willing to take the hits ,and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be.because of him or her or anybody!
Cowards do that ,and that ain't you.
You are better than that!
