编译环境
操作平台：win7 x64，编译器是vs2010，cmake版本3.12.4，准备好环境就可以开始代码编译。
注：CMake是一个跨平台的安装（[编译]）工具，可以用简单的语句来描述所有平台的安装(编译过程)。他能够输出各种各样的makefile或者project文件，能测试[编译器]所支持的C++特性,类似UNIX下的automake。只是 CMake 的[组态档]取名为 CMakeLists.txt。
编译过程
- 现将源码解压到本地硬盘
- 创建build目录：openjpeg-version.2.1.prj
- 在build目录下执行

注：
在上面的执行cmake创建makefile时，定义了几个参数，含义如下：
-G “Visual Studio 10 2010 Win64”
指定编译器架构
-DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON
指定创建静态链接库.lib，默认是ON,生成dll
此过程中出现error：
- cmake不是内部或外部命令
解决：需要将cmake的exe路径配置到环境变量，重启cmd即可执行 - fatal error C1902: 程序数据库管理器不匹配；请检查安装
解决：找到vs安装目录C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\bin\x86_amd64，其下mspdb100.dll、mspdbcore.dll和mspdbsrv.exe这个三个文件版本不一致，找到一个可以正常运行VS的电脑，将其相应目录下的三个文件拷进上述文件夹，问题解决。
