今天的功课是：养成从每一件事中学习的习惯。
I found that recently at work, I didn’t meet the target required by my leader as stipulated.
我发现最近在工作中，我没有按规定完成领导要求达成的目标。
So I lost 30 yuan of incentive.
因此少拿了30块钱的激励。
This gave me a good warning.
这给了我一个很好的警醒。
We must do what is stipulated according to the rules.
规定的事情要按规定去做到。
If we don’t do it on time, we can only accept the punishment.
如果我们没有按时做到，就只能接受相应的结果。
【Summary after Reading】
面对变化，有两种应对模式：
When facing changes, there are two coping patterns:
一种模式是评判——否定，抗拒——自我破坏。
One is judgment – denial, resistance – self-sabotage.
第二种模式是接纳——学习启发——自我成长。
The other is acceptance – learning and enlightenment – self-growth.
学习以前我应对变化的模式是评判、否定、抗拒。
Before my learning journey, I responded to changes with judgment, denial and resistance.
学习之后，我能以平和的心态去接纳一些事情。
After learning, I am able to accept things with a peaceful mind.
因为每件事情都有它不好的一面，也含着积极的一面。
Because everything has its negative side as well as a positive one.
我们要从中发现它有价值的地方。
We need to find its valuable aspects from within.

After several days of reflection and practice,
