My friend invited me to go to an indoor pool with her. I did not want to turn her down cos’ we were really intimate. My friend was a swimming hotshot. Not only was she capable of crawl stroke, but she could do breast stroke and butterfly stroke. In sharp contrast, I had never tried swimming before. In the beginning, I was reluctant to take a crack at getting into the pool. Seeing this, my friend gave me a quite awesome pep talk. I was talked into it in the end. However, I did not realize I made a dead wrong choice until I jumped into the pool. My heart was racing way too fast and I was so panicked that I could not help yelling. I felt I made a fool of myself indeed. It was at that very moment that I told myself I am gonna acquire this skill sooner or later.
