2.编写国际化信息
2.1 在resources下创建il8n目录，这个目录用来存放相关国际化文件配置

其中login.properties 代表默认的信息
login_en_US.properties 代表相关国家 en 代表语言 US 代表国家
2.2 打开login_zh_CN.properties文件

2.3 配置相关信息
3. 将国际化信息配置到application.properties 中
spring.messages.basename=i18n.login
启动项目

这时spring boot 会根据请求头中的 区域信息自动的选择语言
如果将浏览器的语言切换到英语会看到图示效果
