当“我们“观”的时候，我们就是远离自身向外看。而什么又是“ 观”呢?那会触及什么事物、什么人？
在内观之中，我让觉知远离外界；而通过特定的方式，我也让觉知远离内在。我让自己从扰乱凝聚的一切事物中抽离。
我的内在之旅要往哪一个方向? 哪一种观照? 有什么是我可以观看的吗?还是一切都空了？
当 内在凝聚下来时，我离开自身并被带向远方，我的“观照”也被牵引而去。于是我凝聚的精神也从内在转移，朝向自身之外，超越我的一切。我的目光从内在投向外在。当然，那是一种凝聚的目光，一种凝聚的 观照，我带着内在的凝聚向外观看。
难道我真的在观看吗? 有什么在我的眼前? 又或者，我正在观看另一种空无，一个同时隐藏不明的奥秘?
那不是视觉上的观看，而是我内在的某个东西穿透出去的观看，它望向远方的另一头。
有什么东西在远方? 什么也没有。在内在旅途上，当我成为某个运作的部分的时候，我就联结了远方的某处。那时，我既身在此地，也同在彼岸。
这是一种内在的、灵性的观照。尽管走向空无，但是它却看着一切， 也充满一切。
还有什么能超越这样的观照?那已经是终点了
