2017-03-13New Diary

Today is the first day that I am determined to record my life on a public Application tool. I hope this would be a milestone towering aloft at the entrance of an enterclose stretching to a brand new life. That's why I call it " New Diary ".   Sincerely speaking, I was in lots of frustration this morning, because I failed to get up promptly at 6:00am. when the clock alarmed punctually. But the day keeps going on no matter regarding when you open your eyes.  The reality is not  that bad anyway, I cought up with the breakfast in the canteen. I always believe that breakfast bring good luck to the next whole long day. Maybe I should take some  tempting pictures of the delicious pastry next time.

Dr.Jiao led us making the rounds of the ward as usually. I have to admit that I didn't devoted my whole soul to the daily routine, because I have been keeping worrying about my graduate program, about what to do, when to start and how to settle down etc. Obviously, the graduate program thing takes up a big part of my mind. I remember that I used to read a sentense-"The best way to relieve the anxiety is to get down to the task which makes you feel anxious ".It seems like that Dr.Jiao saw that my heart was somewhere far away , he suggested me spend the first year of the postgraduate education to concentrate on my graduate project or I could never  focus on the clinical work and study. I think that he just told the truth, but the fact is that I can't  do the same way as he said because of the regulation of the current policy for the residency culculation plan. When a man can't choose the environment he doesn't like, it's time for him to adapt himself to it. Difficultly, but I really need to learn how to deal with multitasks.                                                           I have also made  progress of the routine work today, simple but important-taking notes timely. If an elementary resident like me want to accomplish all taskes without omitting, she'd better not to feel that confident of her own memory. The right option is carrying a notebook and a pen with you, then you can write down every thing you come up with immediately. The habit helped me a lot, the to-do list  avoid you from being trapped in a mess status, you can rank all taskes to an apropproiate order, then you can resolve them calmly one by one. Thanks to the to-do list, I succeed to accomplish all tasks on the list before dead line.
