I was a struggling sleeper in the past few months. Though exhausted late into every night, I found it rather hard to fall asleep. The declining amount of sleep gave me a dull complexion and an inert state of mind. I determined to turn in earlier for many times, afraid that my health was going to suffer as a result of constant lack of sleep, but I failed all the way. However, things have changed since a couple of days ago when I started rereading Harry Potter Part 7 at bedtime. Just a few pages of Harry Potter can help me drift off to sleep, and on next day morning, I wake up full of life. It turns out that reading into sleep works really well for me. (Revised 2.0)
