Learn to answer all weird questions with confidence from your investors, users and anyone with a different voice from society. Remember to answer questions without any hesitation, especially for those professional users.
S2 Being too modest may destroy your company.
If your attitude is too modest, your customer/user will think your service has problems. Successful companies will never care about feedback from customers/users, only sales volume. Your confidence comes from your sales volume instead of your feedback. Therefore, don't waste your time on such stupid stuff. My suggestion sounds not very positive, but please remember you are a company, not a charity centre.

In China, we don't have anything private, including customer information. Someone even calls it public resources. In that way, you will have to neglect your users/customers, which means "do not care about quality too much". Don't spoil your users/customers, and make a strict rule for everyone. No rules we are saviages.
