The Biden team recently brought some much-needed professional diversity to the federal bench which was a welcome news for libertarians. There is an imbalance phenomenon on the federal bench that majority of the judges are Goliaths - prosecutors. As a result, it's unfair to individual litigants who felt they couldn't gain substantive justice. Although Biden was argumentative in politics for his tough measurements in law, he could turn over a new leaf by appointing more judges whose experience includes battling the government in court.
