As a part of the book week series activity, I introduced "Alice Adventures In Wonderland" to the children today.Alice's story has become more than a literary classic. It is part of our collective cultural imagination. Its illustrations, originally conceived by Carroll, realized by John Tenniel, and reinterpreted by hundreds of artists, are instantly recognizable. Its nonsense songs and memorable lines are frequently quoted and repurposed by countless admirers.
For the beginning,We looked through some classical fragment of the story and there was a magic cookie, which was call "EAT ME" cookie. when Alice ate the cookie she became bigger and bigger, and in the end, she became a giant, children were such amazed by the change, then she drank a magic potion which called "DRINK ME" drink, she shrink into a very small person. Children kept crying:"Big" and "Small", when they were watching Alice was changing.
Then we were heading to make the EAT ME cookies with all ingredients. One girl reminded me gently:"Don't change me too big please." I promised her that it won't make her too big, and it will be the just right size for everyone.
