1、Of course, they offer the chance to develop a new skill or talent,but clients often say that more than this,it's the chance to create lasting relationships with other like-minded people that's the main draw. （C12 Test3 Part2第12句）
随着英语知识的增长，我发现英语中表示除此以外，不仅如此这些意思的词组，真得是非常多，
除了常见的besides， except，还有 moreover, furthermore, additionally, in addition,
以及在口语中经常出席的on top of that, plus, apart from that.
还有就是今天这句当中，直接用了 more than this,
这句话中还有一个很有用的新词组，like-minded, 意思是志趣相同的，或者有相同爱好的，意气相投的
2、Our painting holidays take place in four different centres in France and Italy, and they're very popular with clients of all abilities from beginners onwards.（C12 Test3 Part2第14句）
当我们想表达某个事物在某个人群当中受欢迎或流行的时候，最地道的介词是with， 也就是说sth is popular with some people.
all abilities 不是表示所有的能力，而是表示各种各样层次水平的能力
另外就是要表示什么标准以上的时候，有两种方式：
一种是与具体数值相关的，用above，比如表示8岁以上，就说 8-year-olds and above;
另一种是与模糊的水平层次相关的，用onwards，比如初学者及以上，beginners onwards.
3、Apart from that you'll find the usual emphasis on good quality, organic ingredients -that's more or less a given nowadays - and there are generally some meat-free recipes included.（C12 Test3 Part2第17句）
emphasis这个词非常特别，虽然很容易听到和理解这个词，但这个词的复数形式以及动词形式的书写和发音，经常容易混淆。
emphasis [ˈemfəsɪs] 是原形，单数，表示强调、重视，重要性等
emphases[ˈɛmfəˌsiz]是它的复数形式
emphasize[ˈemfəsaɪz]是动词形式，表示强调或重视这个动作。
It's a given. 实际上是一个固定短语，表示理所应当，不用怀疑的事实等
4、Groups are small, no more than eight,so clients can have one-on-one tuition during the holiday,and excursions are arranged with fully-trained guides. （C12 Test3 Part2第19句）
跟读这句话，才发现自己过去对tuition的理解太狭隘了，只知道其表示学费的意思，其实它还有“教学、指导、讲授”的意思。
