xtrabackup的流程：
0、拷贝ibd,redo log
1、拷贝ibd结束，FLUSH TABLES WITH READ LOCK(FTWRL)
2、拷贝所有非事务表，如系统MyISAM表
3、**FLUSH NO_WRITE_TO_BINLOG ENGINE LOGS

4、拷贝redo log 结束
5、UNLOCK TABLES
第三步， closes and reopens any flushable logs for installed storage engines. This causes InnoDB to flush its logs to disk 也就是手动innodb commit操作，那么就保证了innodb 事务 和 binlog 的一致性
