The training on those 2 days it was good due to the nice weather for football
The first class was involving the use of the ball and the control the ball and pass the ball where they had to be in groups of 2 and they had to practice stopping the ball and then pass it the player which is very important because they were not able to do it properly in the beginning.
Then Introduced the use of the head on the ball where they had to pass each other an easy ball and then try to use there head to direct the ball it’s something to work on coz most of the players don’t know the basic of using there head on the ball
Then the coach introduced the game situation where he was explaining them the position and why they should position themselves like Which helped them to understand the game.
Second class we had a big number of players so we devided them into 2 groups
the group I had we did exercise that involves dribbling mostly where and then introduced an exercise that helps in dribbling the players learned how to do it And
we asked them to do it on 1vs1 situation which had a very nice impact . Then we asked the players to do it during the game.
Then we finished with stretching with the whole team.
