Background
You would need to turn on the IDOC message monitor in SAP PO system.
Steps
The Persistence property in the JavaIdocAdapter Resource adapter has to be set to true.
- Go to Netweaver Administrator -> Infrastructure -> Application Resources.
- Click on Show and select Resource Adapters.
- In the Resource List table select JavaIdocAdapter
- In the Resource Details table, select Properties
- Set Persistence to true and save
