I hear that your interest in my eating habits, so let me tell you something about it.
For breakfast, I like eggs and apples. For lunch, I like rice with vegetables and meat. For dinner, I only eat some soup. /Firstly, I eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables because they're very nutritious. These foods can make my body stronger. Besides, they will also help me to think better.( I advise you to eat healthy food, too)
I think I have a healthy eating habit because I eat so many healthy food. They can serve me in many ways of my life. My favorite foods are fruits and vegetables. Not only do I like them, what's more, they can make my brain work harder than faster. /Secondly, I never eat junk food because they will make me fat and they are unhealthy. In addition, I never eat hamburgers, french fries, and chips and I never drink cola and soda, too. I give this advice to everyone: NEVER EAT JUNK FOOD!
My advice to you is to eat less junk food and eat more healthy food. At first it may be difficult, but it'll grow easier as time went on.
