now, it is less than 10 o'clock pm. i am already in bed. from today, i hope to keep early hours, going to bed early and going to sleep early.
before, i often stay up late and even lose my sleep. the result is that my skin and temper get worse and worse. as we all know, morning hours is the best time of the day to work. However, i seldom make the full use of it.
every day after today, i will try to insist a good habbit of getting up before 6 O'clock and sleeping before 11 O'clock. now, it's time to say goodnight. hoping that i could rise with the lark and go running tomorrow.
