Using mobile phones may bring many dangers to teenagers. They may use mobile phones unreasonably, such as chatting with friends, affecting rest. Second, it will encourage teenagers to compete. Every spare time or after school, some students will gather together to "compete" with each other on the style and function of their hands. There are more and more mobile phones on campus, and the grade is higher and higher. It is easy to cause psychological imbalance for those students who do not have mobile phones. Third, mobile phones provide conditions for cheating in examinations. Cheating with mobile phones is a public secret, and a piece of information can be sent to several students, cheating a wide range.
But the rational use of mobile phones can greatly change the lives of teenagers. First of all, the alarm device in the mobile phone can be used at any time. Second, when students go out to play or encounter danger in other places, they can ask parents, teachers or police for help in time. Finally, mobile phones can easily access a lot of information, broaden their horizons.
In a word, the advantages of rational use of mobile phones outweigh the disadvantages. We should learn how to use mobile phones rationally, consciously and autonomously, so as to make life more exciting.（278words）
