说明: 在出工程图期间需要将一些没必要的信息进行隐藏
1.1 将基准坐标系隐藏的方法:在(UG8中)装配文档中,点击部件导航器--模型历史记录--选择"基准坐标系"--右键--隐藏(在UG12中,去掉前面的勾选即可)
1.2 在采用标准图框时隐藏里面的内容信息方法:按CTRL+L--弹出"图层设置"对话框,在名称为"170"--取消勾选--关闭
1.3 在出工程图时隐藏中心线/草绘辅助线的方法:按CTRL+b--弹出"类选择"对话窗口,选择"中心线/草绘线"--确定
1.4 UG在出工程图时的线条怎么不圆润:在图框里左键框选所示示图--右键更新显示(update disaplay)
1.5 UG在点各种视图示出现多处"点"等现象时,解决方法:在空白处右键--刷新(refresh)

6.工程图尺寸覆盖指定数据
6.1 在尺寸上添加直径符号的方法:
选中所要标注的尺寸--右键(设置)--选中text--format--勾选"override dimension text"--点击"A"图标--插入直径符号,具体效果如下图所示
6.2 在指定尺寸上输入目标数据:选择要修改的尺寸--右键--setting--text(参数选项: format)--勾选"override dimension text",然后输入想要的尺寸(如:49.30-0.05),效果如下图所示

7.工程图尺寸添加前后备注信息
7.在尺寸上添加附本信息和显示设置,方法如下图所示:
7-1:选中所要添加的尺寸--右键--设置:添加公差,样式设置
7-2:(前面添加附本信息)右键--"edit appented txet"--输入文本内容和符号,如:

7-4:添加尺寸前面附本信息和指定数据:
1) 添加信息:

8 添加剖面视图
8.1 对基本视图添加剖面视图:选择基本视图--右键--add section view--指定两点,确定剖面视图位置--确定
8.2 对基本视图自定义剖面视图步骤如下:
1.先在基本视图上定义剖面线
方法:点基本视图--右键--add section line,弹出草绘剖面线窗口,完成好剖面线之后--确定.
2.添加自定义剖面视图(对像是:基本视图)
方法:点工具栏上的"截面视图(section view)"工具图标,定义类型(select existing)--选绘画好的剖面线,指定位置--关闭
8.3 添加自定义剖面视图(对象是:剖面视图)
思路:指定需要视图--草绘剖面线--新建剖面视图
具体步骤如下:
1) 先指定视图
2) 选工具栏上的创建剖面线工具图标(section line),进入剖面绘制界面,完成剖面线之后--确定
3) 指定视图 -- 选工具栏上的创建截面视图工具(section view)--定义类型(select existing)--选绘画好的剖面线,指定位置--关闭,最终效果如下图所示
8.4 设置剖面视图的剖面线:
方法:选择指定的剖面线--右键--设置(参数--distance: 输入值),效果如下图所示

9 创建基准特征符号
创建基准特征符号方法:点工具栏上创建"基准特征符号"图标工具,完成参数设定,效果如下图所示
说明:
1.在创建基准特征符号时,先设置好文本容信息;
2.选中基准特征符号--右键--设置,可对特征符号文本进行字体大小进行设置

9.1对工程图中的视图添加中心线
方法:点工具栏上箭头所指图标(2D centerline)--弹出"2D Centerline"对话框,完成参数相关设定,效果如下图所示

9.2 在工程图中插入尺寸公差表格
在进入工程图界面中,点击导航器左侧--custmos symbol library--salcomp symbols--Tolerance tables,点击下方的"member select"
10.出爆炸工程图
10.出爆炸图工程图的方法:
1.先新建打开组件的工程图如A3图框;
2.按"键盘m"--进入组件文档界面,点菜单栏上的"组件"--新建爆炸图(输入名称),然后对各个组件进行适当的分离--确定;
3.将爆炸图摆放到指定的视图方位,然后点导航器左侧,视图模型--添加视图,输入新的名字,按ctrl+s保存;
4.点菜单栏上的(application)--drawing,回到工程图界面;
5.插入"基本视图"--选要出爆炸图的组件,选择自定义好的模型视图,确定;
6.图示说明效果如下.

11. 1出爆炸工程图BOM清单
1) 给爆炸工程图的各个零件添加备注信息(如箭头+数字)的方法:
在工具栏上点"创建气球"工具图标,指定一定点,输入文本内容,确定-确定,(按中键确定两次),最后鼠标右键确定标注信息放置的位置,效果如下图所示

2) 对各个部件添加"直线+数字"
需求:添加直线和自定义数字尺寸规格以及定义园圈大小
说明:
1.添加直线的方法: ( 将箭头类型设置为: 无 )seting--arrowhaed--type(-none)

11.2工程图插入表格
11-2.在UG工程图中插入指定的表格方法: 在工具栏上点"创建-tabular note"图标--在弹开界面中定义表格多行多列及宽度--指定表格位置--确定
@说明:
1.插入行或列:对表格可进行长/宽进行缩放,同时将鼠标放置首格左上方直至为红色时,可右键--插入新的一行(insert--rows above/below);
2.插入文字:选中某一表格--右键(edit cell)--输入指定的文本内容,可使用键盘的tab键可对表格来回切换,效果如下图所示
3.合并单元格:选择要合并的多处单元格--右键--"merge cells"

第一步: 进入制图模块
前提: 模型已经建好,直接出图
方法: 有两种
方法一: 文件--新建--图纸--单位(mm)--A4-装配无视图--(名称/文件夹)--确定,弹出"视图创建向导"对话窗口,可设置在此窗口界面里的参数进行修改以达到想要出的视图效果--最终确定.----(此方法常用)
方法二: 开始—制图,或者直接按 Ctrl+Shift+D就进入到制图模块--进入制图模块界面
第二步: 选图纸
1)新建图纸
2)选择图纸大小,A4-A0根据需要,以选择A4为例--(使用模板--A4 - 装配-无视图)
3)视角一般采用第三视角
4)点击"应用"
第三步: 添加视图
1)添加零件基本视图:
点击视图创建向导-"基本视图" 图标,将零件视图放入到合适的图框中,按中键确定
2)添加投影视图:
将鼠标放置于零件视图中出现"红框"-右键,选中想要添加的投影视图放置于合适的位置按中键确定
或者:点击视图创建向导-"投影视图" 图标,将零件投影视图放入到合适的位置,按中键确定
3)删除视图:
将鼠标左键选中要删除的视图,出现"红框"-按"delete"键进行删除
4)彻消删除: 按ctrl+z 退出当前命令: 按Esc
5)剖面视图:
6)视图样式:
选择"基本视图"-右键-样式: 在弹出对话框中,可修改多个参数:如视图比例
第四步: 尺寸标准
1.在工程图进行尺寸标准前,可修改标注样式,方法如下:
点菜单栏上的"首选项"--制图--弹出"制图首选项"窗口,可对标注进行修改参数适合自己的风格
2.在菜单栏中选择"插入"-尺寸-自动判断,可对视图上想要的尺寸进行标注,按中键确定
第五步: 导入图框
#说明:图框根据自己需要自己画好并放到自己能找得到的文件夹中
方法:
文件 — 导入 — 部件 — 确定 — 找到自己的图框 — 确定
第六步: 工程图更新
#如果以后零件的模型改了,怎么修改工程图,只需要更新一下就ok.
方法: 工程图界面选择"更新图标"--"选择视图"--全选-(应用-确定)
说明: 检查尺寸,有些可能会变虚线,双击重选一下就OK了.
第七步: 出三维视图

说明: 为了清楚的表达工程图的意图,是需要在出后三视图后,增加一个等轴测图,或者用定向工具随意摆放一个能观察到图纸细节的轴测图.
方法: 用 "基本视图" 命令,插入"正等轴测图" 即可,如图所示,参考一下.

相关说明: 在投影2D工程图时,一些局部表达不清楚的地方,通常局部剖放大,还有一种直观的表达方法,就是三维着色视图作为辅助,
下面就简单分享一下工程图着色问题:
1. 明确在哪个视图上着色,选中相应视图右击,样式-着色,更改为 局部着色,确定
2. 菜单栏-编辑-对象显示,空白处右击,更改类选择,可以使面,也可以是组件,根据需要选择,在视图中点选着色要素,确定
3. 如图2,在颜色一栏,挑选想要的颜色,在着色显示一栏,勾选局部着色,确定,即可完成.
第十步: UG出爆炸图
-->1 UG"装配出爆炸图"的方法: 打开你想要制作爆炸图的图档,进入"装配"界面,点击“装配”命令栏中的"爆炸图"
-->2 在点击“新建爆炸”进入“创建爆炸图”提示栏,开始创建爆炸名称
--> 选中需要移动的组件: 编辑爆炸图--选择对象
-->4 点击编辑爆炸视图中的移动对象
-->5 用鼠标拖动组件移动到合适的位置,点击编辑爆炸图对话框的确定按钮
-->6 当把所有的组件拖动到合理的位置以后,点击保存即可
-->7 将折分好的爆炸图定向到一个想要的三维视角并在出爆炸工程图时可调用,方法:选择视图--操作--另存为--输入一个新的"模型视图"名称
-->8 如何将爆炸图档恢复最初的模样: 点"工作视图爆炸"--里的无/爆炸图的名称--来回切换
-->9 UG出"爆炸工程图"的方法:
-->9.1 在建模环境下,把爆炸图打开;

第十一步: 工程图转2D
A)先转成CGM(多义线图)
A-1. 文件-导出-CGM
A-2. 选定要旋转的文件夹
A-3. 这儿一定要选"多义线"
A-4. 点击 "应用-确定"
B)再把CGM导出图: 选文件 — 导入 — CGM — 刚才导出的图 — 确定
C)最后导出CAD图
C-1.然后再把它导出去,这样导出的CAD图纸很全,不会丢失文件的
C-2.在CAD中先对线型进行设置(线宽: 0.0mm),修改一下标注样式
C-3.进行尺寸标注和文本说明
C-4.打印出图

Assembly step:
1. Rivet contact springs to the right position of B cover by riveted jig.
2. Assemble PSIP into PWBA assembly.
3. Insert PWBA assembly into A cover through guiding slot.
4. Assemble B cover to A cover assembly and then weld by USW machine.
Requirement of Riveting:
1.No deformation allowed on contact spring and no damage
at the surface of B-cover after Riveting
2.The result of riveting must be symmetrical and fracture free ,
measured by visual test
