Lust,Gluttony,Greed,Sloth,Wrath,Envy,Pride are the seven sins.Sometimes I think I make these mistakes, I feel guilty and I think I could have done better.And I gradually come to realize that the real freedom is that you won't(or less)be infected by these seven sins.Everybody is different from each other, and it's useless to compare you to others.The real reference is yourself.If you are the better one than the one in yesterday,okay,you are the best one in my mind and my world.And my final goal is to dismiss these factors of sins in my body.
The sense of guilt is the hallmark of civilized humanity.
