安装PicGo
直接在设置中选择PicGo-Core，然后点下载或更新会自动下载好

验证图片上传选项可以看到picgo-core的目录
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Typora\picgo\win64\picgo.exe

安装gitee-uploader插件
这里安装两个插件，一个是上传到gitee的，一个是文件重命名的。要先到picgo.exe的目录下
.\picgo.exe install gitee-uploader super-prefix
修改配置
配置文件config.json一般在这里C:\Users\{username}\.picgo\

设置完成后可到typroa设置中再点击验证图片上传选项验证
