You can make Python 3.5 environment with your Anaconda 2.7:

conda create -n py35 python=3.5
Now, activate it:

activate py35
Finally you can install the desired packages:

conda install numpy

安装py36内核，并安装jupyter py36 kernal

conda create -n py36 python=3.6
source activate py36
anaconda2/envs/py36/bin/pip install ipykernel

jupyter kernelspec list
source deactivate
jupyter kernelspec list
jupyter kernelspec install /notebooks/anaconda2/envs/py36/share/jupyter/kernels/python3
