Amberly talked to Mark on Sunday, she has been renting a YDP213 for 3 years, she wanted to buy it off.
I told Mark just move forward to work with her. Mark called Amberly, but she didn’t return her call.
Hubby Aaron Hall called me today, he wanted to buy the piano off. I got offer from Rick, $550+tax, valid till end of April. I also told him their daughter has grown out of the piano. He may need to consider something better.
Well, Aaron & Amberly meant to stay with me. I will follow up with Aaron on the 26th.
