I'm still very happy because I was able to sleep for a long time. Before, I would stay awake past 11 p.m., but now I can usually go to bed before 11. In the morning, I also wake up on my own without the need for an alarm clock. The feeling of having had a good sleep is really great.
Yesterday, I also understood that one's own body is important. One shouldn't force the body to work at a high level just for exercise; instead, one should also learn to let the body rest.
Once the body is well-rested, one can happily go for a ride. There's nothing that needs to be done. Besides, the book I read yesterday was also rewarding.
