改2：all enterprises must see to it that excellent workers are promoted
（这句话的含义并不是说企业要“注意”做某事，而是它们“一定要”做某事，而它们如果真的这样做了，也就是已经“pay attention to”了）
类似的结构还有：pay heed to，lay stress on，attach importance to，stress，emphasize等
例3：the principle task at present is to do a good job in disseminating and applying the results of scientific and technological research
改3：the principle task at present is to disseminate and apply the results of scientific and technological research
（从逻辑上来说，任务的本质是disseminate and apply，人们也理应把它做好）
类似的结构还有：make a success of，achieve success in，do successful work in，be good at等
以上这些结构通常都被随意使用，不考虑逻辑上的必要性，如果使用不当，只会给句子添乱，让人抓不住重点。还有一个弊端，就是人们的滥用会导致这些词组失去它们原本的力量，当它们真正需要表达某些含义的时候，读者也会忽视它们。
